CLIENT ENGAGEMENT MANAGER

A reputed branding & communications design agency working with industry leading brands is searching for a smart-thinking, organised individual with a passion for building strong relationships and promoting customer satisfaction.

Duties:

Client Management: Client service on an operational level to ensure smooth delivery of work through systematic planning

Coordination: Liaison closely with internal teams to ensure output as per brief and timeline

Strategy: Assist in the development and implementation of communications strategy (offline and online) to build the clients brand cohesively

Reports: Prepare and maintain status reports, communications calendar and competition insights

Build: New business opportunities with existing clients to ensure growth and retention

Desired

3-4 years experience in an Advertising /Digital Marketing / PR Agency

Strong understanding of digital media

Outstanding communication skills

POSITION

Full time (in-office); location: Gurgaon (Sector 51)

Salary based on experience and above industry standard
