Who thrives in this role

• 25 years experience in SaaS, product, consulting or tech. That said, if this role excites you and you believe you can create impact, wed still love to hear from you
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience working with customers or stakeholders
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset
• Experience identifying expansion opportunities, upsell or cross-sell is a strong advantage
