Job Title: Client Development/Business Development

Shift Timings: 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST

Experience: 3 to 7 years

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:


  • Look for someone with 37 years experience in: US IT / Engineering Staffing Sales
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting : Identify and generate potential business opportunities by researching and identifying target clients, industries, and sectors.
  • Client Outreach : Assist in reaching out to new clients through cold calling, emails, social media, and other communication channels.
  • Client Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Sales Presentations & Proposals : Support the preparation of sales presentations and open to work on proposals based on client requirements.
  • Market Research : Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs. Should be willing to do in depth research
  • Lead Nurturing : Follow up with leads to ensure continuous engagement and move leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Sales Reporting : Maintain records of client communications, meetings, and feedback in the CRM system; assist in tracking sales performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth handovers of potential leads and opportunities.
  • End goal is to generate leads followed by new client acquisition and above are the pointers for key responsibilities .


Key Requirements:


  • Excellent Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with clients professionally.
  • Proactive Attitude : Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and develop in the field of business development.
  • Team Player : Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to achieve business goals.
  • Time Management : Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prospect and generate new US clients independently
  • Sell contract staffing, direct hire, and MSP sub-vendor models
  • Navigate VMS tools (Fieldglass, Beeline, IQN, Workday, ProcureWise)
  • Create pitch decks, proposals & rate cards
  • Negotiate bill rates, markups, payment terms
  • Manage the full sales cycle remotely



Desired Skills:


  • Basic Knowledge of Marketing Strategies : Understanding of digital marketing and sales funnels will be beneficial.
  • Adaptability : Ability to adapt to a constantly changing market and client needs.
