Key Responsibilities:

As a Client Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, driving new business conversations and building a strong sales pipeline.


Engage senior decision-makers to schedule product demos.

Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.

Build and nurture relationships to drive consistent pipeline growth.

Manage lead qualification and support the sales team through closures.

Stay updated on product enhancements and market trends.

Collaborate with the marketing team for targeted prospecting.


What Were Looking For:

Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within the B2B industry

Proactively generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting

Conduct cold calls and initiate conversations with senior leadership and key decision-makers

Confident and pleasant communicator with strong persuasion skills

Ability to build relationships and influence senior decision-makers

Interest in technology-driven and HR solutions

Proactive and solution-oriented approach to sales conversations
