As a Business Group, it supports Client Onboarding by way of account opening, maintenance, closures, product entitlements & agent accounts supporting multiple businesses including Custody & Fund Services, Prime Brokerage, Banking Operations, Agency Collateral Operations etc.
Job Summary
As a Client Data Specialist IV within the Client Account Services (CAS) - Entitlements team, you will be responsible for e:Banking access management on client-facing products for Securities Services clients/users. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including Clients, Client Service/Solutions, Middle Office & Help Desk, to understand intricate client requirements, manage inquiries, and control access. You will need a clear understanding of the Securities Services business to manage complex client requirements and deliver best-in-class solutions through effective Client & Stakeholder Liaison.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Utilize Alteryx for data preparation, blending, and analysis to support project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, Operations, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Communicate project status, updates, and results to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the Finance Industry.
- Client liaison; needs to have strong verbal and written communication skills for client interaction
- Strong analytical skills with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deliverables
- Good team player and self-motivated
- Capacity to work under time-sensitive business deadlines with ability to work independently
- Proven skills in time management and attention to detail
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications
- Flexible to work in shifts
