Job Summary

As a Client Data Manager II within the Client Onboarding team, you will oversee and manage projects involving data analysis and visualization using PowerPoint, Alteryx, and Tableau. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget, providing you with the opportunity to promote transformative change and technological innovation.

Job responsibilities 

• Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Utilize Alteryx for data preparation, blending, and analysis to support project requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, Operations, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Communicate project status, updates, and results to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Exhibit excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Prove experience as a Project Manager in data analytics or business intelligence projects.
• Show proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications and Alteryx for data preparation and analysis.
• Possess strong expertise in Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation.
