Job Description

Role: Client Coordinator


Responsibilities:

1. Welcome new clients and conduct centre tours.

2. Schedule appointments with doctors and assist with the admission process.

3. Coordinate payments, explain the complete policy document, and ensure all required documents are properly signed.

4. Work in close coordination with the Psychiatric Social Worker (PSW) and Client Executive.


Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in any field from a reputed university (preferred).

12 years of experience in front office or client coordination (preferred).

Basic proficiency in MS Office.


Skills Required:

Excellent communication, persuasion, and listening skills.

Result-oriented team player with a positive can-do attitude.

Strong problem-solving and conflict management abilities.

High level of patience and empathy, essential qualities for this role.


Salary:

Commensurate with experience and will not be a limiting factor for the right candidate.


Location:

Narukot, Jambughoda

(Candidates from Vadodara preferred)


Transportation:

Organisational bus available from Fatehgunj.
