Role: Client Advisor

Location: Work from Home (Preference: Dehradun)

Experience: 13 years (Inside Sales / Tele Sales)

What Youll Do

As a Client Advisor, youll be the human connection for people exploring PARAM programs. You will -

• Reach out to prospective participants via phone calls
• Share retreat details in a warm, engaging, and authentic manner
• Understand participants needs, concerns, and motivations
• Answer queries related to retreats and programs with clarity and empathy
• Build interest and trust in PARAMs offerings
• Follow up consistently and thoughtfully (no aggressive selling)
• Guide interested participants through the registration process
• Maintain customer and sales data with accuracy
• Share regular updates and reports with the team lead

Who Were Looking For

Youll be a perfect fit for this role if you are:

• A graduate with 13 years of inside sales / tele-sales experience
• Comfortable and confident with spoken English
• Naturally conversational and good at building rapport
• Patient, empathetic, and genuinely interested in people
• Curious or already inclined towards yoga, wellness, spirituality, or personal growth
• Organized and disciplined while working remotely

• Fixed Salary: Up to 25,000 per month
• Incentives: Up to 15,000 per month (performance-based)
