Amaris operates its flagship store in Delhi's prestigious luxury shopping destination, AMBAWATTA ONE, in addition to retailing through exclusive partnerships with premier fashion retailers.

This is a full-time on-site role based in Delhi for a Client Advisor Online Sales. The Client Advisor will handle online customer inquiries, provide information about products, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, offering tailored recommendations, managing sales transactions, and addressing customer concerns to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. The role requires close collaboration with both clients and internal teams to drive customer engagement and sales growth.

• Proficiency in Client Relations and understanding customer needs to build strong client relationships.
• Experience in Customer Service, ensuring exceptional customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Strong Communication skills for effectively interacting with clients and team members.
• Keen understanding of insurance policies related to fine goods and high-value transactions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism.
• Results-driven approach with an eye for luxury retail trends.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in sales, retail, or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of fine jewelry and luxury products is an advantage.
