House of Quadri is a contemporary lab-grown diamond jewelry brand based in Mumbai, India. We specialize in designing, manufacturing, and directly retailing high-quality jewelry products. As a small and dynamic team, we are building our brand as a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) venture.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Advisor based in Delhi. The Client Advisor will oversee daily customer interactions, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, addressing inquiries, assisting with jewelry selection, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment, and supporting the team in achieving sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Client Relations, Customer Service, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
• Ability to manage and address inquiries, complaints, and product-related requests
• Proactive approach to building trust and rapport with clients
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Prior experience in the jewelry or luxury retail sector is needed
• Keenness to learn about diamond jewelry products with details and nuances
• A bachelors degree in relevant fields such as marketing, business, or a related discipline is an advantage

This is a full time Monday-Saturday work from office opportunity from our store in Defence Colony Delhi please note.
