Job Title: Clay Modeller

Qualification: BE/ B.Tech/ ME/ M.Tech- Industrial Design / Product Design / Automotive Design

Experience: 5 to 8 Years of experience as a manager modelling and clay studio in automotive OEM.

Location: Pune

Responsibilities:

Leading a vehicle model building activity for a two wheeler / 3 wheeler project with a small team.
Responsible for delivery of a fully finished model for management presentations.
Effectively communicate with cross functional teams (Engineering /Testing/Protoshop) during meetings and troubleshoot the issues of the model keeping the desired intent.

Required Skills:

Experience in two wheeler modelling and clay model building can be an added advantage
Hands on experience of automotive / two wheeler modelling in various materials such as automotive clay, UREOL, Styrofoam, FRP, RPT etc.
Complete model building from start (building of armature) to final finished / painted model based on a planned/agreed timeline.
Experience of managing and mentoring junior modelers in clay and other model making processes.
Excellent sense of Design & Aesthetics of a vehicle.
Knowledge about Clay milling and White light scanning equipment.
Basic knowledge of Team center and Unigraphics is preferred.
