Claude / Anthropic AI Builder & Prompt Engineer

Dava Oncology is looking for a hands-on Claude / Anthropic AI Builder to help us redesign how work gets done across content, research, legal, finance, and operations.

This is not a traditional engineering role.

We are looking for someone who deeply understands how to use Claude, plugins, and AI workflows to:

• Build internal tools
• Improve decision-making
• Speed up research, content creation, and analysis
• Turn repetitive knowledge work into automated systems

If you already use Claude as a daily work partner, this role is for you.

Youll act as our internal AI systems builder, working closely with leadership and teams to turn real problems into Claude-powered workflows.

Claude / Anthropic Prompt Engineering

• Design and refine prompts for research, analysis, summarization, and reasoning
• Build reusable prompt frameworks for different teams
• Improve output quality, consistency, and reliability

AI-Powered Internal Tools

• Use Claude + plugins to:
• Review and summarize legal contracts
• Assist with financial forecasting and scenario analysis
• Conduct structured research across internal and external sources
• Create internal AI assistants for specific use cases (content, ops, leadership)

Content & Website Enablement

• Help create and maintain multiple websites / microsites
• Use AI to:
• Edit and repurpose content (videos, podcasts, documents)
• Generate summaries, show notes, articles, and internal briefs
• Maintain searchable content libraries

Workflow & Automation

• Combine Claude with other tools (cloud platforms, automation tools, plugins)
• Reduce manual work across:
• Research
• Reporting
• Scheduling
• Knowledge management

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Economics, Finance, or a related quantitative/analytical field
• (Masters degree is a plus but not required)

• 24 years of relevant professional experience in one or more of the following:
• AI / prompt engineering
• Applied AI tools and workflow automation
• Internal tools development or technology enablement
