RideCover is one of Australias growing cover providers for rideshare and rental vehicles. We are expanding our offshore team and looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Claims Officer based offshore to support our Australian operations.

Key Responsibilities

Handle motor vehicle claims (at-fault & not-at-fault) for Australian customers

Lodge claims with Australian insurers and follow up for assessments, approvals & settlements

Review accident details, repair quotes, invoices, and supporting documents

Coordinate with panel shops, towing providers, assessors, and rental operators

Update claim progress in the system with accuracy

Prepare documents such as recovery notices, excess invoices, settlement summaries

Maintain professional communication with clients and partners via email & phone

Required Skills

Excellent English communication (written & verbal)

Strong analytical & documentation skills

Ability to multitask and manage multiple claims at once

Experience in insurance, BPO, customer service, or Australian process preferred

Computer-literate (CRM, email handling, MS Office)

High attention to detail and professionalism
