As a Lloyd's Coverholder with our in-house reinsurer MicRe, we operate our Global Operations Center in Bangalore, supporting leading clients including a global ride-hailing platform and international property rental marketplace.

About The Role

The role requires maintaining service level agreements/targets for claims management, accurate claim documentation, claim examination and assessment. You will be responsible for FNOL intake to producing an outcome to the claim. You will be communicating directly with policy holders to provide support and service. As the claims manager you will contribute towards continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Register, assess, and manage insurance claims from notification to final settlement
• Answer customer support queries
• Ensure claims are handled in compliance with internal guidelines, regulatory requirements, and service-level agreements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date claim records in claims management systems
• Contribute to continuous improvement of claims processes and customer experience
• Maintain service level agreements and targets

Collaboration

• Work with program management team to deliver high quality service to our clients and customers.

Essential Requirements

• 3+ Year of insurance claim management
• Excellent English communication skills
• High attention to detail and analytical capability
• Compliance and risk awareness mindset

Preferred Qualifications / Experience

• United States of America loss adjuster experience / claim management
• Experience with Reinsurance policies and claims
