Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and its components (e.g., Real-Time CDP, Journey Orchestration). Familiarity with data integration tools such as Kafka, Azure Event Hubs, or AWS Glue. Knowledge of A/B testing frameworks and decision science.

SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1 CJA Implementation and Maintenance: Configure and manage Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) for tracking and analyzing customer interactions across various channels. Design and implement data views, calculated metrics, and dimensions in CJA. Data Integration and Transformation: Collaborate with data teams to ingest and prepare data for use in CJA, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Integrate online and offline data sources to create unified, actionable insights. Visualization and Reporting: Develop dashboards and reports to visualize customer journeys and key performance metrics. Provide actionable insights to business stakeholders to enhance customer experiences and improve ROI. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and IT teams to align analytics solutions with business goals. Support the creation of A/B tests and other analytics experiments to optimize customer journeys
