Civil Structural Engineer

The below are the criteria for senior civil & structure designer position requirement.

1. Software Proficiency

Strong hands on experience in 3D design software for preparation of engineering deliverables.

Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD (2D & 3D), and other relevant structural design tools.

Ability to coordinate models, generate drawings, and maintain design standards across platforms.

2. Project Leadership & Coordination

Capable of independently leading and driving civil & structural design activities for projects.

Able to manage and coordinate all types of building structures, including industrial, commercial, and infrastructure facilities.

Skilled in preparing and reviewing general arrangements, overall plans, and detailed layouts.

Works closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient project execution, quality, and adherence to timelines.

3. Technical Experience

Minimum 15 years of experience in:

o Steel structure detailing

o Reinforced concrete (RC) structure design & detailing

oPreparation of design deliverables such as structural layouts, fabrication drawings, reinforcement drawings, and material take-offs.

Strong understanding of international design codes and industry best practices.

4. Additional Capabilities

Ability to perform design checks, quality review, and provide technical guidance to junior designers.

Strong understanding of constructability, fabrication constraints, and site requirements.

Excellent documentation, communication, and coordination skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects and maintain high accuracy and efficiency.
