Job Summary:

The Team Leader Structural Steel Detailing will be responsible for leading and

managing a multi-disciplinary detailing team working on US-based structural

steel projects. The role involves technical oversight, quality assurance, project

scheduling, and direct coordination with international clients while ensuring

full compliance with AISC, OSHA, and NISD standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and coordinate the structural steel detailing team.
• Plan project schedules, allocate resources, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure all models and drawings comply with AISC, OSHA, and NISD standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for US clients and stakeholders.
• Review and approve drawings/models prior to submission.
• Coordinate with engineers, checkers, and fabrication teams.
• Implement and maintain quality and process standards.

Education:

• Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering , Structural Engineering , or a related field.
• Additional certification or training in Tekla Structures or SDS/2 is preferred.

Key Requirements:

• 4-10 years of experience in structural steel detailing for US projects.
• Strong proficiency in Tekla Structures or SDS/2.
• Excellent knowledge of US steel detailing standards and codes.
• Proven team leadership and client management experience.
