Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building Indias first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. Job Description and Responsibilities

• Responsible for simulating and validating civil infrastructure layouts for semiconductor manufacturing facilities using advanced BIM and simulation tools
• Develop and simulate civil layouts for semiconductor plants, perform clash analysis and 4D construction sequencing, Integrate cost and schedule data into simulation models
• Integrate BIM (Building Information Modelling), Point Cloud, and IoT data to track construction progress
• Coordinate with design and planning teams, ensure constructability and compliance with standards, Deliver simulation outputs for stakeholder reviews
• Analyse construction data to identify risks and optimize workflows
• Oversee scheduling using digital tools

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in civil layout planning for semi-fab or OSAT facilities, Integration of simulation with construction schedules, Experience with digital twin platforms
• Knowledge of digital twin platforms, BIM platforms, point cloud, IoT platforms, simulation platforms, data analytics, data visualisation, and project management tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Equivalent
• Know-how of coding / scripting preferred
