We are looking for an experienced Civil Purchase Engineer / Purchase Manager for our Corporate Office in Chennai to handle procurement activities for ongoing and upcoming EPC projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end procurement of civil construction materials
• Vendor identification, evaluation & development
• Floating enquiries, techno-commercial comparison & negotiations
• Preparation of purchase orders & contract agreements
• Coordination with project sites for material planning & delivery
• Rate analysis and cost optimization
• Monitoring material dispatch, logistics & payment follow-ups
• Maintaining procurement MIS reports
• Ensuring compliance with company procurement policies

Required Profile:

• 515 years of experience in Civil Procurement in EPC / Construction companies
• Strong knowledge of civil materials (Steel, Cement, RMC, Structural Steel, Finishing Materials, etc.)
• Experience handling corporate-level procurement for multiple projects
• Strong vendor network and negotiation skills
• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred:

• Experience in handling large-scale commercial / industrial / infrastructure projects
• Exposure to ERP systems
