Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Planning & Scheduling
  • Prepare work breakdown structure (WBS) and baseline schedule using MS Project/Primavera.
  • Develop weekly and monthly look-ahead plans, monitor progress, and update schedules.
  • Identify critical path activities and propose recovery measures.
Quantity Surveying & Billing
  • Perform quantity take-offs (QTO) from drawings and maintain BOQs.
  • Prepare and certify running bills (RA bills) for clients and subcontractors.
  • Track material reconciliation, wastage control, and variation/change orders.
Site Management
  • Supervise day-to-day site execution, manpower, equipment, and material usage.
  • Ensure quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) standards are followed.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
  • Maintain site records: DPRs, MB entries, test reports, safety log
Cost & Compliance
  • Monitor cost variances and ensure project stays within approved budgets.
  • Ensure statutory compliances and maintain RERA/authority documentation.
  • Prepare project reports and submit MIS to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field.
  • 4 or more years experience in fieldwork and project planning/project estimation.
  • Excellent computer literacy, with proficiency in design and visualization software such as AutoCAD and Revit (additional software knowledge is a bonus).
  • Experience working with multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Excellent project management, supervision, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Strong decision-making, written, and verbal communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of applicable codes, policies, standards, and best practices.

Job Type:Full-time

Pay: Up to 60,000.00 per month

Schedule: Day shift (Monday to Saturday; 9 hours daily)

Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering is a MUST
  • OR
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering with relevant experience is a MUST.Experience:
  • Minimum total work experience: 2 years (Required)

Work Location:In person (Ahmedabad, Gujarat)
