Location Pune, India - Flexible 2 day work from home considered based on experience and performance

About the role;

We seek an experienced engineer/technician in Pune to support our civils lead on UK projects. The focus is small to medium projects, producing coordinated designs and drawings for foul and surface water drainage, SuDS, roads and pavements. You will design and draw concurrently, with mentoring on UK and Jersey requirements.

What you will do

Prepare site layouts, levels, drainage and pavement drawings in AutoCAD

Undertake drainage and pavement design including pipe sizing, attenuation and SuDS details

Build and manage 3D models and outputs where appropriate using Autodesk Civil 3D and, ideally, InfoDrainage/microDrainage

Coordinate with UK architects and engineers, manage mark ups and revisions, and maintain quality standards

What you will bring

Strong AutoCAD skills and at least three years on UK facing civils or drainage projects with a consultancy or multinational in India

Working knowledge of SuDS good practice and UK methods of work

Clear written and spoken English and confident remote collaboration

Useful extras

Experience with Civil 3D and InfoDrainage or similar

Flood risk inputs, cut and fill assessments, green and blue roof design

Revit familiarity for civils would be a bonus
