Job Role: Civil / Project Engine er

We are looking for a dynamic, responsible, and technically sound Civil/Project Engineer who can work both on-site and off-site, manage execution, monitor quality, handle calculations, and lead the site team for our ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities

Site execution, supervision, and coordination of daily construction activities

Quality control, checking finishing standards, and ensuring work as per drawings & specifications

Preparation and verification of BOQs, estimations, costing, and project calculations

Daily site progress reporting with photos, measurements & status updates

Planning and monitoring material usage, labour productivity & timelines

Coordination with architects, vendors, contractors & clients

Managing on-site workforce and subcontractors efficiently

Ensuring safety compliance and site discipline

Implementing new ideas for faster, smarter & cost-effective execution

Monitoring deadlines and ensuring timely project completion

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors/Diploma in Civil Engineering

Strong understanding of construction methods & site execution

Good knowledge of: AutoCAD

MS Excel

MS Project (Preferred)

Revit / SketchUp

Basic estimating & billing software

Strong knowledge of:

BOQs

Rate analysis

Quantity take-offs

Cost control

Excellent understanding of RCC, finishing works, waterproofing, tiling, structure & interiors

Ability to manage multiple site tasks independently

Strong communication & team management skills

Must be creative, proactive, and solution-oriented

Willing to visit multiple sites when required
