Job Summary :-

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer who is having experience in the High Rise Projects minimum 20 Floors - 25 Floors , to manage and supervise real estate construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality control, coordination with contractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
• Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and consultants.
• Monitor project timelines, material usage, and labor productivity.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards.
• Prepare BOQs, estimates, and project reports.
• Handle billing, measurement sheets, and contractor verification.
• Ensure adherence to local building codes, safety norms, and legal guidelines.

Required Skills & Competencies :-

• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural & structural drawings.
• Good understanding of site management and execution.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Educational Qualification :-

• B.Tech / BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience Required :-

• 15 years of experience in real estate with high rise construction projects.

Software Knowledge (Preferred) :-

• AutoCAD.
• MS Excel & MS Office.
• Project management tools (basic knowledge).
