Key Responsibilities:

Preparation and management of tenders

Subcontractor billing and coordination

Department-wise billing and documentation

Cost estimation for civil projects

Requirements:

B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

25 years of relevant experience

Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software

Strong knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, and billing procedures

Good communication and coordination skills

Location: Rajkot, Gujarat
