Job Description:

1. Responsible for providing the BOQ of all Construction activities to prepare the Initial Budget on

given timeline.

2. Responsible for providing BOQ of all Construction activities to prepare the Final Budget on

given timeline.

3. Responsible for providing accurate estimates & quantities of material to purchase &

contracts.

4. To support the Site, ERP, Purchase, Contracts & Billing Dept. in providing BOQ on the given

timeline.

5. To support Construction Management in Reconciliation.

6. Responsible for all QS-related activity.

7. To conduct Store Dept. monthly Material Audit and prepare a report for the same.
