Deprel Ventures Private Limited is an engineering and construction company delivering end-to-end EPC execution across power and electrical infrastructure, civil construction, telecom networks, and ELV systems. The team supports government and corporate projects with services spanning power distribution, transmission lines, substations, and industrial electrification; foundations and structural civil works; and telecom/ELV deployments such as tower installation, optical fiber laying, CCTV, and fire alarm systems. DepRel is focused on disciplined on-ground delivery, safety, and qualitybuilding reliable infrastructure that performs in real-world conditions.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a civil engineer based in Srinagar, Jammu & Ladakh. The civil engineer will be responsible for designing and planning infrastructure projects and providing end-to-end engineering solutions for diverse projects. Responsibilities include conducting site analyses, preparing detailed designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to meet project goals efficiently. Day-to-day activities involve overseeing implementation, project reporting, and addressing technical challenges to deliver high-quality results on schedule.

Qualifications

• Strong capabilities in Civil Engineering Design and applied practices in infrastructure development
• Experience in end-to-end project planning and management, including resource allocation and budgeting
• Specialized knowledge related to engineering methods
• Educational background in Civil Engineering, preferably with additional certifications in relevant fields
• Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency with industry-standard design and modeling tools
• Strong understanding of local construction regulations and safety standards
• Excellent communication and time management skills
