Were Hiring: City Sales & Partnerships Lead (On-Ground) Bhoomi Farms

Location: Pan-India (Travel Intensive)

Compensation: 70,000 80,000 per month

Reporting to: Founder / Sales Head

Were looking for a street-smart, high-energy, on-ground sales professional who loves execution more than slides and relationships more than reports.

This is NOT a desk sales job.

Youll be in warehouses, with category managers, fixing real problems, driving daily execution, and representing Bhoomi Farms across cities.

What Youll Do

  • Own on-ground relationships with retail/quick-commerce partners
  • Drive daily execution excellence (indents, SKU follow-ups, pricing, shortages/excess)
  • Work closely with warehouse teams, category heads, and ops stakeholders
  • Spot city-level growth opportunities, competitor signals, and demand trends
  • Support new city launches and ensure smooth stabilization
  • Represent Bhoomis farm-to-market philosophy, quality standards, and long-term vision
  • Be the voice of the market back to central teams

Who This Role Is For

  • High ownership, proactive, and comfortable on the ground
  • Confident speaking with senior category managers
  • Comfortable with travel (5070%), ambiguity, and fast-changing priorities
  • Someone excited to build something meaningful long-term

Experience Preferred

  • 37 years in FMCG sales, quick commerce, e-commerce ops, or key accounts
  • Experience in working with quick commerce, e-commerce ops is a big plus
  • Exposure to fresh produce / agri / food supply chain is a strong advantage
  • Strong communication in English + Hindi + Kannada (regional languages are a bonus)

This Role Is NOT For

  • Pure desk sales or distributor-only profiles
  • People who avoid operations and only chase targets
  • Heavy corporate profiles who need rigid structure before acting
