Bhoomi Farms is hiring a Fresher (02 yrs) for a City Execution role.

This Role Is For Someone Who:

• Wants to be in warehouses, not air-conditioned offices
• Can handle operational chaos without complaining
• Is comfortable speaking to category managers at QCOMs/Institutional vendors/Organic Shops
• Can solve daily execution issues without escalation
• Wants to learn directly from a Co-founder

This is ground-level city building.

You will:

• Visit partner warehouses
• Fix indent mismatches
• Push SKU activations
• Track shortages & demand shifts
• Close execution gaps daily
• Represent Bhoomi on the ground

If something breaks you fix it.

Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad (Field Intensive)
