Role Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, result-oriented Business Development Manager to lead the Innoviti Process . This is a field-based sales leadership role focused on driving merchant acquisition, managing a team of 20+ BDEs, and ensuring successful adoption of Innovitis digital payment collection solutions.
If you bring strong on-ground sales exposure in fintech, payment gateways, or EDC solutions , this role offers the opportunity to lead from the front and scale a high-impact sales operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) to achieve merchant acquisition and activation targets
- Plan and execute field sales strategies to drive adoption of the Innoviti Link Payment Collection App
- Track daily field activities, productivity metrics, and ensure timely reporting
