What Youll Do

Sales & Growth

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and profitability goals for cash management products across the local retail market
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and expand the customer base
• Manage and grow merchant networks through channel partners (agencies/aggregators) and direct retail engagement
• Drive merchant onboarding, activation, and revenue growth across assigned territories

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, motivate, and manage FOS (Feet-on-Street) sales teams for consistent performance
• Provide ongoing coaching, field support, and performance reviews
• Set clear KPIs and ensure achievement of regional growth targets

Market & Customer Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail stakeholders and merchant partners
• Monitor local market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve escalations proactively

Operations & Reporting

• Oversee smooth daily operations across assigned retail territories
• Track performance metrics and prepare detailed sales reports for leadership
• Drive disciplined execution and operational governance

What Were Looking For

• Strong experience in onboarding kirana stores, merchants, and retailers for cash management / fintech / payment solutions
• Prior experience with fintech organizations such as PhonePe, Paytm, Pine Labs, Razorpay, BharatPe, JioMoney, Airtel Payments Bank, or similar platforms
• Strong field sales background with hands-on merchant acquisition and territory expansion
• Experience holding leadership roles such as City Head, State Head, or Cluster Head
• Proven ability to scale merchant base, drive activation, and deliver revenue growth at city or regional level
• Strong team management, stakeholder handling, and execution capabilities
