Lead daily CP engagements to ensure consistent lead generation

Manage CP payouts and strengthen long-term partnerships

Uphold brand integrity and operational excellence

What Were Looking For:

Graduate/Postgraduate with 8+ years in Real Estate & Channel Sales

Strong Broker/CP network in Gurgaon and/or Bangalore

Proven leadership and team management skills

Strategic, result-oriented mindset

Fluency in regional languages
