We are looking for a dynamic City Head to lead and scale city-level operations for Jobizo. This role owns growth, execution, and partnerships across the Bengaluru region.

Key Responsibilities

• Own city P&L, growth strategy, and overall business performance
• Lead and scale city operations, ensuring smooth on-ground execution
• Drive business development with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare partners
• Build, mentor, and manage high-performing city teams
• Strengthen client and stakeholder relationships to expand market presence
• Analyze market trends, competition, and demand to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with central teams (Sales, Ops, HR, Product) for seamless execution
• Ensure compliance, service quality, and achievement of city-level KPIs

What Were Looking For

• Strong leadership and people management capabilities
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or city operations
• Exposure to healthcare or staffing is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
