Hiring: City Head Growth Lead (Customer Side) Gurgaon | Core Founding Team
We are building the operating system for activities: discover trust book repeat.
Supply/partner onboarding is being built. Now were hiring the owner of the customer demand engine for Gurgaon.
This is not a marketing job. This is ownership.
You will build demand from zero, run the funnel end-to-end, and scale the playbook city-by-city.
What you will own- Customer acquisition via communities, societies, schools/colleges, events, and partnerships
- Funnel: lead capture nurture first booking repeat
- Referral + loyalty loops
- WhatsApp/CRM ops + weekly metrics
- Execution calendar + experiments (fast iteration)
- 1,0002,500 transacting customers
- 40% repeat within 60 days
- A repeatable city demand playbook
- Youve built GTM from scratch (not just managed agencies)
- Youre field + numbers + execution heavy
- You can run experiments fast and kill what doesnt work
