Cisco Contact Center:
• 4+ Years of experience in Cisco Contact Center Products UCCE,CVP ,and UCCX
• Experience with Design and Implementation of UCCE.
• Hands on experience in ICM scripting and CVP call studio development.
• Experience with troubleshooting Cisco UCCE, Microsoft SQL, Windows server and Active Directory environment.
• Should have knowledge on Contact center components like Finesse, CUIC, CUSP, VVB.
• Experience with supporting other collaboration products like CUCM, Unity, CUBE and Gateways.
• Experience with third party integrations with UCCE
