Required Skills

  • Proficient in ITIL service delivery processes and methodologies.
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in configuring and troubleshooting Routing, Switching, and Wireless-LAN systems.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and ServiceNow for creating comprehensive Service Management Reports
  • Demonstrated success in delivering customer presentations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Interpersonal and leadership abilities to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Proven experience in Retail, CPG, or Supply Chain domains

Technology Experience

  • Hands on experience in Configuration and troubleshooting of
  • Cisco Routing with BGP & EIGRP Routing Protocols (ASR & ISR Routers).
  • Cisco Switching (9300 & 9500 Catalyst switches)
  • Cisco Wireless (v9800 WLC & 9k Access points).

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Network Services team to deliver high-quality services to clients, aligning with ITIL best practices.
  • Collaborate with geographically dispersed teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, understand client needs and ensure their satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and third-party teams for seamless integration of network services.
  • Provide expert-level, hands-on support for the MCBC enterprise-wide data communications network.
  • Monitor network performance, identify and troubleshoot complex issues, ensuring minimum downtime and high availability.
  • Participate in and lead network-related critical incidents, projects including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
  • Recommend, plan, design, and implement solutions for data network projects, managing various network architectures.
  • Create and maintain network diagrams, documentation, and reports on network performance and issues.
  • Conduct resource-based capacity planning and management to optimize network performance.
  • Collaborate closely with the security team to identify and implement network security improvements.
  • Participate in disaster recovery planning and exercises to ensure preparedness.
  • Oversee end-to-end service requests, incidents, problems, and change management processes for the Tower.
  • Accountable for incident analysis, proactive problem management, service improvements, and automation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure SLA compliance, Prepare and publish SLA performance reports (daily/weekly/monthly) and service management reports within the specified timeline.
  • Participate in weekly and monthly customer meetings, providing activity reports.
  • Act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders, translating service needs into actionable plans.
  • Develop and enforce network policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with governance, risk, and audit requirements while maintaining high quality and reliability.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, promoting professional development and growth, ensuring they are motivated and engaged.
  • Maintain availability during core business hours (XXX to XXX PM IST) and be flexible to work in on-call support for critical issues during weekends and after business hours.
