Role: FullStride Cloud Services (CIS) – CIS Sales Lead
We are looking for Senior Sales Leader who will play a key role in Sales growth and improving the qualified pipeline of the Cloud Infrastructure Services & Digital and Cloud business. This person will have historic hands-on experience with technology and systems from a Client Centric approach including Competitive landscape and have progressed into a strong business development manager.

The role is accountable for FullStride Cloud Services Sales & Revenue growth in the key accounts across diverse industry verticals, builds and maintains strong relationships with the clients (including CIO level relationships), increases market share in the accounts and improves penetration. Cross practice view of IT infrastructure solutions, Ability to understand customer’s requirement and position Cloud Infrastructure, Managed Services, Digital and Cloud solutions effectively. Effective at communicating with excellent presentation skills. Good commercial acumen and ability to build business case. Natural drive to learn and pick up new challenges. This role is dominantly sales focused.
- Agile approach on RFP/RFI responses & Renewals including Solution, Sizing, Pricing
- Demonstrate thought leadership in optimized Proposal / Sow Solutions – Innovation, Automation & Transformation
- Create opportunities to get billed 40% of their time, be part of Customer Monty and/or quarterly governance meetings
- Market and Competitive understanding & experience is paramount
- Secure the availability and accuracy of the customer’s asset configuration information to be used by all delivery units
- Ensure deployment management activities are efficiently performed and supported by other delivery organizations and functions
- Participate on various change management boards, and forums as needed and coordinate customer participation as necessary
- Approve the release and deployment strategy based on customer requirements and ensure execution of accurate hand-over to operations
- Cloud Certifications at associate or professional / expert level in but not limited to AWS, Azure or GCP highly regarded
- Continuously drive for efficiency, improvements and excellence in service delivery
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- 15+ years progressive experience with technical and management background .
- Strong organizational and team leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate teams to meet tight deadlines.
- Advocate for proven standardized processes and methodologies
- The ability to work under a heavy workload in a time critical environment
- Solid understanding of multi Cloud Strategy, Hyperscale, Tools & OEM partners
- Requires advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience planning support for a multi-discipline operation
- Strong experience in developing staff and implementing effective performance management mechanisms
- Experience managing budget, cost and pricing of support services
