Circuit Design Engineer

Job Role : Circuit Designers DDR / SerDes

Experience : 4 to 10 years

Location : Bangalore

Preferable : Immediate to 30days notice

We are looking for Circuit Designers with strong expertise in DDR and/or SerDes circuit design to join our high-performance engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and design individual circuit blocks within a SerDes PHY.
• Work on advanced FinFET technology nodes for high-speed designs.
• Perform complete design analysis including:
• Functional analysis
• Static timing analysis
• Electrical sign-off
• Optimize designs considering power, performance, and area (PPA).
• Analyze and mitigate the impact of process variations on circuit performance.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on experience in SerDes and/or DDR circuit design.
• Strong understanding of high-speed circuit design principles.
• Experience working on advanced nodes including FinFET.
• Good knowledge of powerperformance trade-offs in high-speed interfaces.
• Ability to take full ownership of assigned circuit blocks.
