Financial Management:

Enhance financial performance by monitoring overdue amounts and driving consistent progress toward revenue recovery targets.

Align budgets with strategic priorities by evaluating project costs, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring financial efficiency.

Drive measurable reductions in overdue amounts by analyzing trends across categories and buckets, setting strategic recovery targets, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
