Role Overview:
The HR Support Associate will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations by providing administrative and coordination support across multiple HR functions. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding Support:
Coordinate pre-joining and post-joining activities for new hires.
Ensure timely completion of documentation and induction processes.
Employee Engagement Activities:
Assist in planning and executing engagement initiatives and events.
Support internal communication related to engagement programs.
Invoice & Vendor Management:
Process HR-related invoices and maintain accurate records.
Liaise with vendors for timely service delivery and compliance.
Calendar & Meeting Coordination:
Manage HR team calendars and schedule meetings.
Organize logistics for HR-related meetings and events.
Data Management:
Maintain and update HR databases and employee records.
Generate reports and ensure data accuracy for audits and compliance.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar related field.
25 years of experience in HR operations or support roles.
