Install, upgrade, and maintain CICS Transaction Server and related ISV products (e.g., CTG, CAFC, File Manager, Fault Analyzer, z/OS Debugger, Sysview).Apply RSU maintenance and PTFs for CICS and associated tools.Support and maintain over 240+ customized COBOL/Assembler programs.Assist development teams with installation and updates of CICS Web Services components.Regenerate bind files, WSDLs, copybooks, and wsbind files for web services.Perform RDO (Resource Definition Online) operations and manage CICS region configurations.Configure and tune SYSVIEW parameters and thresholds.
