Chief Technology Officer

Our client is is a leading Indian company engaged in the manufacturing and supply of high-quality construction and infrastructure materials. The Head - IT will lead the technology strategy and development of the companys e-commerce mobile app, ensuring a scalable platform, efficient product catalog management, and a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• :Define and implement the technology roadmap aligned with business objectives
• .Lead design, development, and deployment of the mobile app and digital platforms
• .Ensure platform scalability, security, and performance
• .Manage product catalog structure, pricing, inventory, and automated updates
• .Implement AI-based search, recommendations, and user experience enhancements
• .Optimize payments, order tracking, and customer engagement features
• .Lead and mentor developers, designers, and product managers while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• .Provide regular technology updates to the Managing Director

.Required Skills

• :Proficiency in Java, Swift, Python, React Native or similar technologies
• .Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and database systems
• .Knowledge of product catalog management, inventory systems, and data analytics
• .Proven ability to lead technology teams and drive digital transformation
