Responsibility:

• Deep expertise in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science technologies.
• Strong understanding of Corporate Actions lifecycle and Capital Market processes.
• Proven experience in enterprise-scale AI and GenAI implementation within financial services.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field; certifications in AI governance preferred.

GenAI-Specific Skills

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
• Ability to design GenAI solutions for financial workflows (e.g., automated corporate action notifications, client query handling).
• Knowledge of model fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and secure deployment of GenAI in regulated environments.
• Familiarity with AI ethics for generative models, including bias mitigation and explainability.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with SWIFT MT/MX messaging standards and ISO 20022.
• Knowledge of cloud-based AI platforms , MLOps , and data governance .
• Ability to balance innovation with regulatory compliance in banking and capital markets.
