Chief Technology Officer

Neurofin AI is seeking a visionary and execution-driven Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead product architecture, AI innovation, and platform scalability. The CTO will be responsible for shaping the long-term technology vision while ensuring rapid, reliable, and customer-centric product delivery in the BFSI and enterprise automation space.

This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring deep technical expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to build and inspire high-performing teams. The CTO will function as the technical voice and tech leader of the organization.

• Drive engineering rigour and release mentality culture continuous shipping and rapid iteration, especially in GenAI environments.
• Build Gen AI first solutions for the BFSI industry.
• Establish strong engineering discipline for speed without compromising stability.

• Architect and build a high-volume, scalable, and secure AI platform capable of enterprise-grade workloads.
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and uptime to build deep client trust.
• Embed compliance, data security, and infosec best practices into all technical decisions.

• Lead platform thinking designing modular, configurable solutions suitable for both India-first deployment and global scalability.
• Develop technology that accelerates new client pipeline generation through configurable and reusable components.
• Position Neurofin as a top-of-mind thought leader in BFSI AI solutions through architecture choices, product innovation, and technical evangelism.

• Build cost-effective, high-efficiency architectures that improve bottom-line performance.
• Continuously identify and reduce redundancy in infrastructure, tooling, and processes.

• Hire, mentor, assess, reward, and retain top engineering and AI talent.
• Build a culture of ownership, innovation, and accountability.
• Serve as the technology face of Neurofin in client meetings, partnerships, and industry forums.
  

• 10+years of experience of building B2B products / platforms.
• Relevant industry experience of having worked in any or all of these will be of competitive advance (B2B SaaS, Fintech, BFSI, Startups)
• Strong background in AI / ML / GenAI product development with proven production deployments.
• Deep understanding of platform architecture, distributed systems, and scalable cloud infrastructure.
• Experience building enterprise SaaS or BFSI-focused technology products is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performance technical teams.
• Strategic mindset with co-founder-level ownership and business understanding.
• Comfortable balancing speed, quality, and commercial outcomes.

• Platform and ecosystem thinking rather than feature-centric development.
• Strong grounding in compliance, security, and information governance.
• Ability to act as the primary technical spokesperson for the company.
• Experience designing configurable and globally deployable solutions.
