Chief Technology Officer

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on CTO/Head of Technology to lead our in-house team. You will bridge business operations and technology, enhance our current systems (Zoho One and bespoke production software), and steer us toward the future with AI and IoT innovations. You will be a mentor, a strategist, and a guardian of data security across international jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Technology & Innovation: Evaluate and implement emerging technologies (AI, IoT) to improve production efficiency and quality control.
• Process Automation: Collaborate with CRM, Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Production teams to identify bottlenecks and design automated workflows.
• Compliance & Security (Critical Priority): Ensure adherence to international regulations: HIPAA (US), GDPR (Europe), and DPDP (India). Establish robust cybersecurity protocols.
• Systems Management: Optimize the Zoho One ecosystem and oversee the architecture of our bespoke production system.
• Team Development: Lead and mentor the in-house tech teams (Production Support, Zoho/INFRA), identifying skill gaps and creating growth roadmaps.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of technology leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing, healthcare, or B2B services.
• Experience in a publicly listed company or highly regulated industry is a significant advantage.
• AI & IoT: Proven knowledge of applying AI/ML and IoT in production environments.
• Zoho Expertise: Deep understanding of Zoho One (CRM, Books, Creator, Analytics).
• Compliance: Strong working knowledge of HIPAA, GDPR, and DPDP.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional business acumen, communication skills, and a genuine interest in mentoring existing teams.
