Job Description -

Efficio Hub is building an integrated professional services platform serving start-ups and MSMEs across finance, compliance, HR, marketing, and IT functions. We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who will lead the design, implementation, and scaling of Efficios technology backbone, including enterprise systems, ERP-led operational infrastructure, automation frameworks, and digital service platforms. The role requires strong hands-on ERP and enterprise systems experience, along with the ability to translate complex business workflows into scalable technology solutions. In addition to technology leadership, the CTO will also contribute to strategic business development, productization of services, and platform innovation, working closely with leadership in shaping Efficios long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities -

Technology Strategy & Architecture

• Design and build Efficios overall technology architecture supporting multi-service operations.
• Identify and implement scalable systems for workflow management, documentation, service tracking, and automation.
• Lead technology enablement across internal processes and service delivery models.

ERP & Enterprise Systems Leadership

• Lead evaluation, implementation, and management of ERP and enterprise platforms supporting business operations.
• Translate operational workflows into ERP-enabled systems covering finance, HR, compliance, project management, and service delivery.
• Ensure seamless integration across tools, systems, and operational processes.

Platform & Product Development

• Contribute to the development of Efficios long-term digital service platform, enabling clients to access services, track deliverables, and interact with teams through structured interfaces.
• Lead development of systems such as ticketing platforms, service dashboards, workflow automation tools, and integrated knowledge bases.

AI & Automation Integration

• Identify and implement AI-driven tools and automation frameworks to improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance service delivery.
• Integrate AI-enabled solutions across workflows, analytics, documentation, and knowledge systems.

Technology-Driven Operations

• Establish structured technology-enabled processes across all service lines.
• Continuously improve internal operational efficiency through technology integration.

Learning & Development (L&D)

• Lead internal technology capability development and training programs for teams.
• Drive adoption of AI tools, digital systems, and automation practices across departments.
• Build internal awareness and competency in leveraging technology for operational efficiency.

Strategic & Business Leadership Contribution

• Work closely with founders and leadership on technology roadmap, digital platform strategy, and service productization.
• Contribute to business strategy, operational scaling, and innovation initiatives.
• Where required, participate in client discussions, strategic presentations, and solution design, supporting leadership in a CEO/CSO-level strategic capacity.

Required Experience -

• 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, enterprise systems, or ERP-driven operations.
• Strong hands-on experience in ERP implementation and enterprise workflow systems.
• Experience translating business processes into scalable technology solutions.
• Strong exposure to AI tools, automation platforms, and technology-driven operational systems.
• Experience working with multi-functional teams or service-driven organizations.
• Prior exposure to start-up ecosystems or consulting environments is preferred.

Required Skills -

• Deep experience in ERP systems and enterprise process automation.
• Strong understanding of business process architecture and operational systems design.
• Proficiency in AI tools and automation platforms.
• Ability to bridge technology architecture with business strategy.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration capability.

Qualifications -

• Any educational background (Bachelors or Masters) is acceptable; relevant degrees are an added advantage.
• Strong practical exposure to technology, business operations, and modern digital tools is essential.
• Candidates with demonstrated experience using AI tools, automation platforms, or technology-driven workflows will be preferred.
• Relevant certifications, professional training, or hands-on project experience in technology, operations, or management will be considered a plus.
