Role Description

The Role

As the CTO, you will be the primary architect of the DOCforus platform. You will transition our initial business plan into a scalable, high-performing product. You aren't just managing a team; you are defining the technical soul of a company that aims to change how people interact with healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the development of our AI health assistant, selecting the optimal tech stack (Python, LLMs, Vector Databases, Cloud Infrastructure).

AI Safety & Accuracy: Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and advanced prompt engineering to ensure clinical accuracy and eliminate "hallucinations."

Data Sovereignty & Compliance: Ensure the platform is "secure by design," adhering to DPDP (India), HIPAA, and GDPR standards.

Product Roadmap: Work closely with the Founder to align technical development with business milestones and investor expectations.

Team Building: Recruit and mentor a lean, elite team of AI engineers, data scientists, and full-stack developers.

Interoperability: Build systems that can eventually integrate with hospital EMRs and diagnostic lab APIs using FHIR/HL7 standards.

The Profile We Are Looking For

Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years in software engineering within a startup environment.

AI Deep-Dive: Proven experience deploying Generative AI models in production. You understand the nuances of fine-tuning versus RAG.

HealthTech Background (Preferred): Experience handling sensitive medical data or building regulated software is a massive plus.

Founder Mentality: You are comfortable with ambiguity, move fast without breaking "safe" systems, and are willing to be hands-on with code in the early days.

Communication: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear strategic advantages for investors and non-technical stakeholders
