About Us

Were an early-stage startup building a validated marketplace product in India. Our recent user validation showed strong demand: 85% conversion from buyer outreach to sign-ups, and 100% positive intent from sellers to list on the marketplace. A working Flutter prototype is developed with about 60% of core features completed. Were now focused on stability, security, new feature development, and scaling the product for real-world use.

Role Overview

Were looking for a hands-on CTO to take full ownership of our mobile product (Android and iOS in Flutter) and lead the technical foundation of the company. You will improve and stabilize the existing codebase, close security gaps, integrate critical APIs, and drive the architecture as we scale.

This is a high-ownership founding role with a clear path to long-term technical leadership and equity.

We are ideally looking for someone who can join within 12 weeks, given the current stage and momentum of the product.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and scale the existing Flutter codebase
• Refactor and prepare the app for production-grade reliability
• Lead security improvements and best practices
• Integrate and manage Razorpay, KYC, and other third-party APIs
• Build and optimize core marketplace flows, chat, and transaction systems
• Oversee database architecture and state management
• Drive AI integrations such as voice or workflow automation
• Ship fast and iterate based on user feedback

What Were Looking For

• Strong experience building and deploying Flutter apps on Android and iOS
• Experience with payments, authentication, and API integrations
• Solid understanding of mobile security and scalable architecture
• Comfortable owning large product surfaces independently
• Startup mindset with high ownership and speed
