Chief Security Officer – Hospitality | Local Candidates Preferred

Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road is an upper upscale business hotel strategically located at Marathahalli Junction, serving as a prime location between Bengalurus city center and major business hubs like Sarjapur, Outer Ring Road, and Whitefield. With 218 well-appointed rooms across six categories, the hotel blends leisure and business seamlessly, catering to the needs of modern travelers. Guests can indulge in diverse dining experiences across five outlets, including signature cuisines like Chinese, Thai, and traditional Indian. The property also features a convention center, an open-air swimming pool, a spa offering a mix of Indian and Western treatments, and a lively nightclub, making it a one-stop destination for relaxation and business endeavors.

The Chief Security Officer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of security at the Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and assets. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing security policies, conducting risk assessments, managing and training the security team, and liaising with local authorities. The role also involves monitoring surveillance systems, investigating security incidents, and maintaining compliance with safety and security regulations. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru, and local candidates are preferred.

• Strong expertise in security management, emergency response planning, and risk assessment
• Proficiency in implementing and overseeing surveillance systems, access control systems, and security protocols
• Proven leadership skills, team training, and ability to manage security personnel effectively
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with stakeholders and local authorities
• Knowledge of local laws, safety regulations, and compliance requirements
• Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to remain calm and decisive in high-pressure or emergency situations
• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field is a plus
