Kredily already powers 25,000+ businesses and 1 million+ employees . With a profitable SaaS foundation, we are now transitioning from SaaS AI-first Payroll + Fintech OS , embedding automation, compliance, financial services, and insurance into one intelligent platform for Indias 63M SMBs.

Our vision is to create a deeply engaged platform of SMBs and employees where Payroll is just the entry point. From there, we will cross-sell tailored financial products loans, credit cards, investments, and insurance making Kredily the default workplace + financial OS for India.

Were looking for a visionary Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO) to lead this transformation.

Your role:

• Lead the AI-native roadmap from SaaS Payroll + Fintech OS.
• Architect the AI-first tech stack (LLMs, agent frameworks, vector DBs).
• Build fintech & insurance integrations at payroll scale.
• Drive engagement-led growth , enabling intelligent cross-sell of financial products .
• Ensure trust, compliance, and data security across payroll + financial services.
• Build and mentor a world-class AI+SaaS+Fintech org .
• Partner with CEO on vision, growth & fundraising .

Requirements:

• Top-tier college background (IIT/IIM/BITS or equivalent) .
• 10+ years startup experience with proven 0 1 100 scale.
• Hands-on AI development (LLMs, ML infra, agentic workflows).
• SaaS + Fintech/Insurance product leadership track record.
• Willing to put skin in the game.
