This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief of Staff based in New Delhi. The Chief of Staff will act as a strategic advisor, supporting leadership in decision-making, managing key initiatives, and ensuring cross-departmental collaboration. Responsibilities include streamlining operations, driving organizational priorities, preparing executive-level communications, analyzing business performance, and identifying growth opportunities. The role also involves representing leadership in meetings, managing key stakeholders, and ensuring timely execution of high-impact projects.

• Strategic planning and organizational skills with the ability to streamline operations and prioritize key initiatives.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills to effectively represent leadership and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to monitor business performance, generate insights, and identify growth opportunities.
• Leadership and team management skills to ensure collaboration across departments and the on-time delivery of projects and goals.
• Proficiency in project management and familiarity with tools used for workflow optimization and strategic oversight.
• MBA or advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a leadership or Chief of Staff role, with familiarity in FMCG, Q-Commerce, or retail industries being an advantage.
